Are you currently on an exercise program or wishing to start one?Would you like to be fitter than you are now?Join me on-line in JUNE 2012 as I step up the training a notch in anticipation of Adelaide’s city to bay 12km fun run in September 2012.
MY GOAL IS…
*30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY IN JUNE*
Are you with me?
If 30 minutes is too much for your to commit to right away, start with 5 minutes a day and work up from there. This could be a walk around the block, a dancing session in your living room, a weights session or a set of push ups and lunges.
Seek advice from your health professional or doctor prior to starting an exercise regime if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
